I am a co-founder of takechargeAsia. I started my career as a business advisory consultant in the area of corporate restructuring and recovery. After some 18 years resuscitating ailing corporates in a myriad of industry, my passion in sharing and wanting to make an impact on people's development has brought me to venture into training and development in the last 10 years.
I have had the opportunity to work with teams across Asia Pacific to develop and customise programmes for local and regional delivery. I have delivered many in-house training sessions for learners of different grades and ages. I am known for my energy, passion and mastery in the areas of communications, presentation, consulting skills and customer services.

I am a proud co-founder of takechargeAsia. I started my career as a tax consultant helping clients structure their business to achieve tax efficiency. As I progressed, I was assigned to deliver technical training to new recruits and it was this insight into training that prompted me to venture into training and development in 2005. I have never looked back since.
I specialize in coaching, train-the-trainer programs and communication skills. My work has taken me to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia. I also help organizations to improve their talents' performance, by facilitating discussions to discover existing organizational problems and work with them to develop plans for improvement.

An accountant by formal training, I have 17 years’ experience in people development and key talent management. This meant collaborating actively with the organisation’s talent and development teams locally and regionally to offer development interventions to internal and external clients. My roles have taken me to the United Kingdom, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia. The outcomes are gratifying – people gain clarity about their purpose for doing what they are doing, and take charge to achieve their goals.
I focus on executive coaching, leadership and management / business skills training, and performance consulting services. A believer in continuous development, I am pursuing an executive coaching certification approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
